Both Bud Haavardsholm and Kyle Wyles competed their training today. Whereas Bud Haavardsholm will be consigned to history as a lead out barely worthy of the title, Kyle Wyles is a much more exciting prospect. He should be capable of competing against the best, now he just needs a team. The arrival of Casper Snoots when team finances can stretch that far will do something to start the process of building a decent lead out train, but there's a long way to go!

Use this as a guide when getting leadouts. Older riders do make good leadouts. If you don't have a rider to match the guide then set him on just leadout and don't specify any of the jobs for him. I wouldn't use any of that until I obtained 1 rider for each or at least most of them. I posted th lead out thing above. not enough space here.
I agree, get down to the min of 9 riders. Those untrained old(er) riders are worthless for a team that has a captain like Wyles and that wants to move up. Keep in mind that Wyles is 25 so his window of opportunity is closing. (Riders start declining after 28.) Actually clear out all the untrained ones until you have Wyles and 5 descent leadouts.
I see you already spent 120k of that;-)
You have 10 untrained and mostly old for training riders, You can release 5 of them which will give you 145k.
For that amount, you can have one great or two medicore or aging lead outs.
Thank you. Snoots will help, my trouble might be that results in Div 3 will be very few and far between so money might dry up for a while.
Wyles is a great rided, he has a bright future, with the right support, he should be able to make results in the top division...
I would suggest to reduce the number of riders you have and use the money for buying lead outs for him. You don't need 14 riders now. There are some nice sprinters' sales on the forum at the moment.
Good luck
Wyles really did turn out very good, congrats. I agree, Haavardsholm isn't very good at all and he won't be any help at all. Not even a good lead out, probably better suited for parade races. Good luck.
